SMS Program & Opt-In Policy

smsBanana is a consumer-initiated SMS/MMS service. Nobody receives messages unless they first text our number themselves and confirm with YES. There are no promotional or marketing messages — every message is a direct reply to something the subscriber sent.

How opt-in works

Step 1. The consumer texts anything to (844) 576-0746.

Step 2. The service sends exactly one opt-in request and nothing else:

smsBanana: Reply YES to receive AI answers and AI-generated images from this number. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.

Step 3. The consumer must reply YES (express consent). Any other reply is answered with a reminder that they are not opted in; STOP ends all contact.

Step 4. After confirmation, the welcome message describes the service, frequency, and opt-out:

Welcome to smsBanana! Text any question for an instant answer (1 credit), or start with DRAW for an AI image (2 credits). You have 5 free credits. BALANCE = credits, MENU = help, STOP = opt out.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies — the service only replies to messages the subscriber sends (typically one reply per inbound message). Message and data rates may apply.

HELP and STOP

HELP → smsBanana: Text a question, get an answer (1 credit). Start with DRAW for an AI image (2 credits). NEW = fresh topic. BALANCE = credits (2x/day). STOP = opt out. DELETE = delete account. Refer a friend: they enter YOUR number at signup, you BOTH get 3 credits.

STOP → You're opted out of smsBanana and won't receive more messages. Reply START to rejoin.

Opted-out numbers receive no further messages of any kind unless they text START to rejoin.
